Mentorship & Coaching Packages
I offer two mentorship & coaching packages, one for individual teachers and one for school-wide communities:
- Partnership Package – For Individuals:
- With the Partnership Package, I will mentor you throughout the school year to help you grow as an early childhood educator. We might address a specific question, interest, issue, or area of growth that you want to focus on. We might engage in general mentorship and coaching to help you succeed as a teacher. The mentorship sessions are yours, and I will help you to reflect, practice, and adapt to better meet your own teaching goals! This package includes:
- 1-on-1 monthly coaching sessions, live via Zoom
- Growth assignments to help you stay focused on your goals throughout the month
- Weekly, written check-ins and feedback
- Practical suggestions to help you put your knowledge & ideas into practice
- Access to my database of resources and support guides
- Discounts on my workshops and courses
- With the Partnership Package, I will mentor you throughout the school year to help you grow as an early childhood educator. - Pedagogista Package – For Schools:
- With the Pedagogista Package, I will work with a school-wide community to help you grow towards your organization’s specific goals and vision. In the Reggio Emilia approach, the Pedagogista’s role is to work alongside teachers to deepen the observation and reflection taking place in the classroom, support the teacher in constructing a rich classroom experience, and encourage teachers to engage in the “meta” level of thinking necessary for masterful teaching. Pedgogistas lead deep discussions around instructional strategies, next steps for learning, and educational philosophy so that schools can realize their vision in the classrooms. Using these relational tools, I will work with school communities to strengthen their teaching practice and live out their values. This package includes:
- Monthly or biweekly site visits (8 hours of on-site time and 2 hours of follow-up work)
- Monthly or biweekly coaching sessions with teaching teams, live via Zoom
- Growth assignments for your entire staff to help your team stay focused on your goals between sessions
- Weekly, written check-ins and feedback for your entire teaching staff
- Practical suggestions to help you put your knowledge & ideas into practice
- Access to my database of resources and support guides
- Discounts on my workshops and courses
